Is Dana the right lawyer for your matter?

An honest guide, so you spend your time and money in the right place. Not every family law matter is the right fit for Rogers Law Group — and we'd rather tell you up front.

Dana is likely a strong fit if…

  • You are separating (or already separated) and there are children, real assets, a business, or spousal support at stake.
  • You own a business, hold executive compensation, or your file involves complex property, trusts or cross-border issues.
  • You are already in a court process, or the other side has retained a lawyer.
  • You need a protection order or are responding to one.
  • You are dealing with a parenting dispute, relocation application, or an urgent parenting issue.
  • You want a negotiated agreement drafted properly — cohabitation, prenuptial or separation.

Dana is probably not the right fit if…

  • You are looking for free general legal information rather than representation.
  • Cost is the primary constraint and you qualify for Legal Aid.
  • Your matter is entirely outside family law (criminal, immigration, corporate, personal injury).
